Funday, Sunday...

I love Sunday's especially now that Eric is home with us. We usually try to spend the afternoon with family and tonight we went over to Eric's parents home. Of course, I took the camera. I love getting those great unexpected shots.

Our family of four.

This is my favorite shot of the night - I love Boston's look.

And I love this picture because you can see how the camera caught the little bit of drool coming off his chin. Dax is 15 months and he still drools like crazy. We usually keep a bib on him just to keep his clothes dry.

As you can tell it was the perfect Sunday.

10 things...

Wow, sorry for my lack of posting this week. I wanted to quickly check in and tell you all hello! To give you an update of things here I thought I would tell you 10 exciting things I have been doing:
1. Wednesday night I rode horses with my family for the first time all summer. Usually I ride more but this summer has just been too busy.
2. Last night Debbie hosted an Adornit bridal shower for Ali. I will get some pictures and post them sometime. We had so much fun laughing and talking together outside our work environment. Debbie has been remodeling her basement so we got to see all of the hard work and it looks so amazing.
3. We went to lunch with our dear friend, Stephanie Austin. Debbie and I wanted to "consult" with her for our new & upcoming class on BPS. She gave us some really great insight and we will definitely be adding her great ideas into the class.
4.Working really hard with some new business contacts from the tradeshow.
5. Launching & fine tuning a new product brand that will be available in September.
6. Planning a small bbq with some of the other couples in our neighborhood next week.
7. Designing a new website.
8. We celebrated Grandma Hall's 90th birthday on Monday  - wow I have some really fun photos to share.
9. Trying to balance work and staying home with the boys. Eric was moved to a new department at work so his work schedule has changed quite a bit. Now I am working from home a bit more and I am finding that quite challenging. Hopefully I can get a system down soon!
10. Something I am looking forward to is tomorrow, we are going down to Salt Lake for a birthday party for my great-grandpa. I can't wait to see all my cousins and family, it's been too long since I have seen everyone.

happy, happy birthday!!!

Momdad
My mom and dad share back-to-back birthdays so we have spent the weekend celebrating their big day(s). Saturday we went up the canyon for a cookout (photo above) and today was my mom's birthday which was a little more relaxed with games and some grilled shrimp. I love you mom & dad!

Word Chipboard Albums...

If you haven't already checked these out - today  is the day! They are so much fun, especially if you are craving a fun little scrapbooking project (like I always do). Each fun book is 10 x 4 inches. The cover of the book has these really need texture covers/skins that you can leave plain or add some acrylic paint to spice it up. The covers are really hard to describe but I promise you'll fall in love once you see one in person. Each book comes with a word/title and then 5 rectangle chipboard pages. Here's a recent project I created using the family book (and who can resist the Whoopsy Daisy Collection?)...

Scrapbooking Crop...

It's official and you are all invited. Except the minor detail that you'll probably only be able to come if you live close to our warehouse. (Don't get me wrong, if you want to hop on a plane you're more than welcome!) But for those of you who don't live close you can still make the virtual crop - visit here for more information.

Onto the details... here's your official invitation. Click on the image to see it larger.

Boys + Dirt...

are a regular around our house. Almost every night i have to clean a ring of dirt out of the tub. And the truth is that I love every bit of it, I can't resist those little guys covered in dirt. These are pics of of Daxton last week after his big brother and neighbor girl decided it would be fun to play in the garden (Dax follows Boston around everywhere). Somehow Dax came out with the most dirt - He likes to dump it on top of his head.

Memory Game...

---- Here is a fun little game... leave a comment on my blog of a memory that you and I have had together. It doesn't matter if you've known me for a short time or a long time, anything that you remember! Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It is pretty funny to read the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you are playing and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you. Ready - go!
